Large carnivore conservation in Norway

Is there a link between the laws, regulations, international agreements,
stocksizes, conservation and management?

Predators are protected, they are in exceptionally strong protection and
is at the redlist over endangered species. But, how do we manage these
species in relation to the protection?

Do we care for the large carnivores in Norway, so that they are part of
nature's diversity in the future?
